What happened to her hips man? it looks her legs were stapled to her abs!
Well, proportions of the body and general anatomy need work. ( yea, I know the pot's calling the kettle black here.) and you shouldn't be afraid to shade. play around with some chiaroscuro. (yea, I realize this is on real life paper with graphite. you could try out some charcoal or conte crayon. That'll make experimenting with volume suck less.)
The picture has a very nice direct in your face composition to it. Feet look really good and I love the perspective on the floor. Really makes the picture look dynamic.
